With dual 20 Gbps channels moving data both directions at the same time, the MTB3-DOCK-04 is perfectly suited for video streaming and editing on two monitors, as well as transferring large RAW video or CAD files. Transmits Crystal-Clear 8K and 4K Video for Professional Editing and Digital Signage By connecting to a source that supports DisplayPort MST Mode, you may connect one DisplayPort monitor or one HDMI monitor at resolutions up to 8K (7680 x 4320 at 30 Hz) and 4K (3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz as specified in HDMI 2.0), respectively. Both ports can be used simultaneously to support dual video resolutions up to 4K @ 60 Hz. This allows you to display the same image on both monitors, extend your host desktop across both with different windows open on each, or combine both into one large display as a video wall. The host device must support DisplayPort 1.3 in order to achieve 8K resolution PD 3.0 Charging Port Charges High-Powered Devices via AC Wall Charger The USB-C Power Delivery port provides power output up to 20V 3A (60W), which is sufficient for charging and powering the connected source device, such as a MacBook or Chromebook. Connect the port to the device's AC wall charger to provide power to the host device as well as the dock. The dock works at optimal specifications while using the PD Charging port to power it.
